Mike's Story of Resilience
Mike Kizis's journey, beginning with a challenging layoff in 2006, led to the birth of Pinpoint Carpentry in Tecumseh. His resilience and commitment to craftsmanship transformed a one-man operation into a team of 23 professionals.
Today, under Mike's leadership, Pinpoint Carpentry excels in providing top-quality custom cabinetry and has evolved to become a key player in the millwork supply sector, known for its exceptional quality and service.
Current capacity: 23 skilled employees and a fully equipped CNC workshop for large-scale production.

Upon receiving a bid request, we thoroughly review provided drawings, elevations, and millwork specifications to understand the project scope and requirements.
Our team assesses the materials, design, and scale of the project. We plan production using Mozaik software for precision and efficiency.
Production begins with our state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Each piece of millwork is crafted and inspected for quality, ensuring adherence to the provided specifications.
Millwork is prepared for delivery based on project needs, with options for assembled units or flat-pack components for space and cost efficiency.
We coordinate logistics for prompt and secure delivery. Our team ensures the millwork is transported and delivered according to the buyer's project schedule.
After delivery, our on-site consultant is available to assist with any placement or integration needs. We ensure every piece fits perfectly into the project layout.
